Additionally, our products are certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, meaning they have been tested to be free from over 300 harmful chemicals and substances. This certification guarantees that every stage of production—from raw materials to fabric processing to the final product—is free from toxic chemicals, making our bedding sets safe for sensitive skin or allergies.
Do your bedding sets shrink after washing?
Our bedding is pre-treated to minimize shrinkage, but like all natural fabrics, a small amount of shrinkage may occur after the first wash. To maintain the best fit, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat or air dry.

Will the colors fade after multiple washes?
No, our bedding sets are designed to retain their rich colors over time. We use high-quality, non-toxic dyes that are long-lasting and resistant to fading. For best results, wash with similar colors and avoid harsh detergents or bleach.
Are your fitted sheets deep-pocketed?
Yes, our fitted sheets are designed with deep pockets to accommodate most mattresses. Please check the product descriptions for specific depth measurements.
Do you offer matching accessories like pillow shams or extra pillowcases?
Our sheet sets and duvet sets both include matching pillowcases. Additionally, we offer a mix-and-match option, allowing you to choose pillowcases in different colors from the same collection to create a unique and personalized bedding look.

How do I choose the right bedding for my needs?
- If you prefer classic, breathable, and cozy sheets, go with Signature 100% Long-staple Cotton.
- If you enjoy a luxuriously soft, cooling, and moisture-wicking fabric, CLOUDTOUCH 100% Lyocell+ is a great choice.
- If you are looking for hypoallergenic, natural bedding, both options are excellent.
Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Modifications or cancellations are possible before your order is placed. Please email service@wildnace.com as soon as possible with your order number and request. Once an order is shipped, we cannot guarantee any change requests.
What should I do if I received the damaged or incorrectly delivered item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at service@wildnace.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or faulty item, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You can use a Wildnace Gift Card or store points along with a credit card.
Can I apply a gift card balance to my order after checkout?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot retroactively apply a gift card.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page to get an email notification when the product is back in stock. If you need assistance finding a similar item, feel free to contact us!
Accounts & Rewards
How does the rewards program work?
Our Wildnace Rewards Program allows you to earn points on purchases and other actions like signing up, following our social media, and referring friends. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned, so be sure to use them before they disappear!
What happens if I return an order?
If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you used a reward redeemed with points on a returned order, those points will be refunded to your account.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be used under the account where they were earned.
How does the referral program work?
- Share your unique referral link with a friend.
- Your friends will get 1000 points ($10 off) on their first purchase of $100+, and as a thank-you, you'll receive 1000 points ($10 off) after they complete their first purchase!
- Your referral link is available at the bottom of the Rewards Dashboard when you log into your account on the Reward Page.
I made a purchase but didn’t receive my points. What should I do?
Points are usually added automatically, but if they haven’t appeared within 24 hours, please contact us at service@wildnace.com with your order details.
Can I earn points on past purchases before creating an account?
No, points are only awarded for purchases made after signing up. Be sure to create an account before making a purchase to start earning points!
Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at service@wildnace.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and package weight. The shipping costs are available at checkout after entering your shipping address.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at service@wildnace.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update your correct address.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to contact the carrier for possible redirection. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the U.S. However, expedited shipping may not be available for these locations.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in resalable condition, and include the original tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including gift cards or store points. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it may take 7-10 business days to process. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.
